You’ll be responsible for preparing traditional dishes, maintaining high food quality and hygiene standards, managing kitchen operations, monitoring inventory, and ensuring a consistent dining experience for every customer. The ideal candidate is reliable, organised, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and committed to delivering exceptional food and service.
