About Snax

Snax is a fast-growing quick-service food brand in Auckland CBD serving fresh, high-quality fast food. We focus on speed, consistency, and great customer experience. We are looking for an energetic and reliable Kitchen Assistant / Service Crew member who can support both the kitchen and front-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation including chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients
• Prepare and assemble menu items according to Snax standards
• Pack and fulfil customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and service area
• Operate POS system for taking and processing orders
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Restock ingredients, packaging, and supplies
• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth and fast service

Requirements

• Must be legally eligible to work in New Zealand
• Must have similar New Zealand work experience
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Comfortable working in both kitchen and customer service roles
